Map: Skyblock++ by Fall Studios.
Create a map from the template. Try to build a cobblestone generator. Pickup stone ax from chest. Stone pickax fails to break any block and takes no wear. Wooden pickax is able to break blocks.
FYI: this was on Preview 1.19.45, not listed in the version options.
Edit: If I make a stone pickaxe it works correctly. Only the stone pickax in the chest fails to work.
