When u tap the wanted buff on beacon ui u cannot tap either on regen or level 2.
How to reproduce: place a full beacon, click to open the beacon ui selec the a buff, and try to press either the buff upgrade or regen.
Result: u get a ordinary buff.
I did not tested it on other platform, i play mainly on mobile android.
And at 1.18. 31 was working as intended
