Netherwart does not seem to mature after much time, however when broken it provides 3+ Netherwart as if fully grown, grow animation/ graphics never happen. In the first screen shot you can see what appears to be baby sprout Netherwart, in the second shot you can see once broken it provides many Netherwart.

This is still not fixed in version 0.15.6 Windows 10 Edition. I recently planted a netherwart farm in the overworld and the netherwart looked like they were growing, but today they were all small. I had a patch of 30 growing and I broke them down and got over 90 from the patch even though the netherwart were all showing as the small just panted image.
