weird glitches across the sky and flashing lights on screen like the textures are corrupted

this first started when i was in the nether since the newest update i was walking along when i noticed my health, food and hotbar were flickering i got weireded out by that so i decided to go to my house when i started to move that when everything happend the glitches broken textures and flashing lights 

some of the textures i saw when it was glitching were
lightblocks, moving fire animations, commandblock, netherportal animation alot of stuff and my friends player head had dissapeard and they had a head cuz i saw there skin before all this happend then she said that my chest section just dissaperd so i just had legs, arms and my head for my player
