[MCPE-156] After eating one food item, player starts breaking things with food

After eating bread,(not sure about other foods) u would break blocks if u touch them( something like the bow in 0.3.3)

1. This only occurs after eating enough to restore your health
2. This happen with any food

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
