Steps to Reproduce:
Regardless of which village I enter, how much I trade, or how many free beds or work stations there are, the villagers refuse to accept any food or breed under any circumstances. It used to be as easy as dropping a few loaves to any villagers before the latest update. Now, nothing. The only way to bolster their numbers is to cure zombies.

I don’t use any mods and I believe the only non-default settings is that I activated cheats and deactivated mob griefing. Attached is a video showing my game settings, a village in which I’ve added plenty of beds and leveled up all the villagers and I toss them all manner of food only to be ignored. It’s the same in every village. They’ve all failed to breed since the 1.18.30 and 1.18.31 updates.
What non-default game settings are you using, if any?
