I have a problem that the Realms server runs the last backup every now and then without me wanting to, causing me to lose all game progress

Your report does not contain enough information. As such, we're unable to understand or reproduce the problem.
Generally, a realm server may restore from a backup if there was a crash. This is usually indicated by players being forced to disconnect from the realm. Crashes such as this are automatically logged by the server and so are only accepted if a list of steps that someone else can follow is provided.
You are welcome to create a new ticket about your issue with more detailed information.
