Looking up or down brings up the taskbar

 When my brother was playing Minecraft on W10, when he looks down, the taskbar appears, and when he looks up, the bar where the X to close the game is also appears. If you click on these bars, the game pauses, which is bad in PvP, for example.

 In the video example, when my brother was building something quickly, he looked down, causing Minecraft to close, and even entered another app, when the goal was just to build.

How to reproduce:

• Enter any world and look up or dow;

• To make the game pause, while still looking up or down, click on the respective bar.
