[MCPE-156609] Spectator mode in bedrock edition does not render any blocks properly when below Y=33

I can't see blocks that I'm in unless if I look at blocks surrounded by air.

However, this issue is Invalid.

As mentioned in the changelog, we are currently not accepting bug reports about Spectator mode.
