[MCPE-156726] Minecraft won’t let you download the new sound or even the music pack itself

I wanted to try out the new music disc 5 and it stopped at 2/2 steps to complete and it freezes at 0% out of nowhere and it kicks me out from downloading and on another device it won’t let you download it completely
