[MCPE-156836] Player Inventory Doll doesn't follow your curser consitantly

This is self-explanitory, when you open your inventory, your character is, yeah weird.
I doesn't follow the cursor consitantly, The head is weird

Thats a good reason why am still playing 1.18.2
I hope this gets fixed because I don't like it personally.

This started since 1.18.10
