Item cooldown still occurs after respawn
Steps to reproduce
1. Get yourself an item that have cooldown
2. Find a way to kill yourself
3. use the item and the quickly do suicide before the cooldown finished
Note:Immediate Respawn is recommended

Cooldown stops after respawn
Observed Result
Cooldown still continue after respawn
