Animation controllers query.is_moving is not working properly.

The animation_controllers query.is_moving is not working properly in the latest version 1.19.0. After updating to 1.19.0, my add-on does not work well. When I am moving, the command isn't triggered, which means it doesn't return 1. It never happened when I was in 1.18.31, which is the last version. I also tried the add-ons made by others which detect movement, and they were all not working anymore due to the query.is_moving bug. Here is a demonstration video. In the video, in the scoreboard, the count should be set to 0 when I am moving, but it doesn't, and keep adding. I also attached the add-on, and it worked extremely well in the old version so I believe it is not the coding issue.
