When I enter my nether portal, I hear a zombie killing me as it is loading. When it loads I see zombies and I am already dead. I have moved the portal and rebuilt it. It still happens. All of my things are gone as well.

Steps to Reproduce:
Create Nether Portal
go into portal
dead before I can move or do anything. Killed by zombie
Observed Results:
I hear zombies attacking me during the loading screen and I am dead before I can do anything
Expected Results:
Enter the nether portal and come out unharmed on the other side
I have recreated the portal in different places and the same thing always happens.

Yes. I have built several portals in different locations. All resulting in the same thing.
