Clouds do not update until ALL chunks around the player have generated

When travelling far distance, or when loading Minecraft from suspension, the clouds do not update until every visible chunk around the player has been generated. The larger the render distance, the longer it takes for the clouds to update.

The attached screenshots have been taken with a 10 chunk render distance, the recommended distance for my device.

Tested on both Windows 11 and Android 11.
