[MCPE-157320] Hoppers won't collect items through mud

Placing a hopper below mud is supposed to allow items to go through it into the hopper but it does not go through and stays ontop,

Steps to repeat, Place hopper, place mud ontop and throw item ontop as it states it should go through but doesn't
