[MCPE-157336] Soul

Walking with soul_speed on soul_soil or soul_sand doesn't proportionate the speed boost instantly, instead, it is given after a while.
When having that speed boost and leaving the soul_soil or soul_sand it doesn't remove that speed boost instantly, in fact, it's kept for a while until it suddently disappears.
When having that speed boost, if the character dies, it keeps having the speed boost when it respawns, and the speed boost doesn't disappear until the world or the game is restarted.
To corfirm that the enchantment is completely broken, I observed that walking on soul blocks doesn't reduce the durability of the enchanted boots.
