[MCPE-157498] Second Player Issues

My friends and I always play offline on operator, never had a problem.
Now after 1.19 update my friends can't teleport, it won't let them use commands.
They try to type in gamerule commands, it says they don't have permission to use it.

You must /op him again default player permission not working in this version 1.19.0
