Sculk patches in deep dark biome is less dense than in java edition

Steps to reproduce:

  1. create new world in java and bedrock edition using the same seed.

  2. locate deep dark biome and teleport using the same coordinates in both edition

  3. observe sculk patches between two editions

Observation:

the sculk patches in bedrock edition is less dense than in java edition. and not so much sensors and shrieker are generating. and mobs can spawn in that biome as well.

Expected:

the sculk patches should have the same density as in java edition, more sensors and shrieker should generate and mobs should not spawn in deep dark biome.

the issue applies in ancient city in bedrock edition as well
