Cow, chicken, villagers, and the other mobs including day-night time move slower than normal. And also if I've destroyed blocks they will fall more slowly than normal. Everything is slow except the player (fps is normal also). Open-close the door, trap door, chest, and fence are o normal. The player moves normally but not every mob around the player.
At first, I thought that it was caused by the mobs around me (but there are only 5 villagers, 9 cows, 6 sheeps, and 1 cat). I check the tick speed is normal (default). And then I try to reduce it to 5 chunks but there's no difference.
I will attach a video but there are a few glitches because of my screen recorder, not from the game.
