Appearances not syncing between devices

Hello, I see that since 1.18 from some point the skins began to fail for no reason, from 5 configured skins to only 2 functional skins between devices, and currently I do configure on my pc they are saved without problems but if I enter my android it shows an error when loading character 3 and 4 and vice versa, no matter how I do it, it does not want to load on the other device, in addition to the fact that on Android only when it wants to in the character menu do not all the skins appear in an installed skin pack, I already have installed my skinpacks on both devices and still not working, both with updated versions
