When I join a realm everyone gets disconnected

I had problems getting on someone's realm. I kept getting "unable to connect to world" or "disconnected from server ". Other members also had trouble but sometimes they got on but then I realized something. If I try to get on everyone gets disconnected and can't join for a while. They had no problem today but as soon as I tried to join bam disconnected. Yesterday the host said he can get on now and it's working. I tried and told him I still can't and then he said he got disconnected. I saw on a Minecraft forum that a host had the same problem. If he tried to get on his realm then everyone gets disconnected and can't join for a while. I don't know why this is happening. I remember playing on the realm then exit the game and went to sleep then I woke up to this. I tried EVERYTHING you can think of but can't fix it and very very unhappy.
