[MCPE-158244] Control key does not toggle sprint when touch controls are active

STR:

Load world in survival
Touch screen
Hold 'control' and 'w'
Release control

Observed behaviour:

Player stops sprinting. Continues moving forwards.

Expected behaviour:

Behaviour is unchanged from keyboard+mouse controls; player continues moving forward while sprinting.
