And steps to reproduce... Uhh... I don't know, this occured randomly while playing world with specific world.

Do you have this issue outside the boat too ?

It seems like no... I was able only to took two media files from the world. One shows that is missing and one shows that no. But I also noticed, that the button was missing even in the first world's minutes. But I also think that I didn't noticed, that I was in the boat, so you aren't able to use it...

However, this issue is Working as Intended.

The report you have submitted is working as intended: the emote button is not supposed to appear when sitting in boats and minecarts, which causes misalignment

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
