This visual error is causing mangrove root blocks to z-fight with other blocks that are not roots.
Steps for reproduction:
Find a mangrove tree and take some root blocks from it.
Place 2 root blocks on top of each other.
Place another root down separate from the other root blocks and place any block other than a root block on top.
Observed Results:
The top of the mangrove roots renders into the non root block, causing z-fighting with the underside of the other block
Expected Results:
Roots should not render into other blocks like leaves.

I've got a video of some blocks that I sampled including Mangrove leaves, but the video is to large in milibyte size to put into the attachments. I found that it only affects leaves, and not other blocks.
