[MCPE-158737] New destroy button pauses like the old controls

Steps to Reproduce:

Switch to new touch controls
Switch to survival
Tap and hold the destroy button to break a block

Observed Results:

There is a pause before breaking

Expected Results:

The new controls to allow you to start mining instantly as it dose on any other platform with two buttons for placing and destroying
