Minecraft Bedrock won't update to 1.19.2

I am currently trying to play bedrock with a friend on Xbox while I'm on my PC. Their version is 1.19.2 and mine is stuck at 1.19.1, I cannot join because every time i try to, I get the "Version Outdated" error

The latest release version is 1.19.10. Version 1.19.2 is the older version (2 < 10), and 1.19.1 is older yet (and not the same as 1.19.10. All digits matter in version numbering.
You need to make sure that both devices are up to date.
