[MCPE-159622] I can't get the hero of the village after raid when i have it

Steps to Reproduce:

1./effect @s village hero 1800(30minutes)

2./effect @s bad_omen(30seconds)

3./kill @e[type=pillager],/kill @e[type=vindicator],/kill @e[type=witch],/kill @e[type=evocation_illager],/kill @e[type=ravager]

4.The hero of village effect icon appears on screen

5.press z

Observed Results:

The time of effect do not reset.(I cannot get the hero of the village effect now. )

Expected Results:

Get the hero of the village effect again(40minutes)
