[MCPE-159674] /structure structures not saving when saving and quitting

I have this world with custom items, and I was using /structure to save things. Everything was working fine, UNTIL I saved and quit. 2 days later I noticed everything was saved except those structures.. Please fix this!

Figured this out the hard way when I was making a minigame. Only saves fully if you use structure blocks
