[MCPE-159685] Cant Rename anything using cartography table or Anvil

I cant for the life of me rename any of my maps, or items I've tried naming them multiple things but Hashtags replace all the text ruining and wasting my time

This is a very common issue, its with signs and anvils too and I think they are trying to get it resolved
