This bug really annoys me and I don't know why this has not been resolved, if this is a feature I don't like it. It's really easy to reproduce. Step 1: Make the walk and crouch/sneak button smaller (Button size slider -------). Step 2: Look at your hotbar and look, it has a slots, not 9! Thanks for reading!

It also has 9 slots of you have a larger screen. This is a feature and all other versions of the game such as pc and console have 9 inventory slots. It only goes up to 9 slots though. If there are 10 or 11 then that's a bug. But the 9 slot hotbar is intended for all versions.
