When a user is riding a horse at speed up a hill or stairs, a tamed wolf following the user will teleport into the hillside and take suffocation damage. The tamed wolf cannot get itself out, but if the user keeps riding and gets to flat ground far enough away, the tamed wolf will teleport again to join the user on flat ground.

Update 0.15.6:
I won't say it's just when riding horses. It's also mostly happen when there's non levellled surface near where you are. I teleports under my chest in my house
The current workaround for this issue is to quickly run away to an open area say with less non-level surface, and hope that the wolf teleports to you.
