How to re-create:
Set up an Animation with state keyframe (By state keyframe, it's a keyframe that exist at the end of an sequence but not the animation itself [Picture 1] for reference)
Load it to the game and use /playanimation.
Watch the [Video 2] for references.
Minecraft will not render the last keyframe till the end of the animation but rather assume that keyframe doesn't exist.
Expected result:
Minecraft should render the last keyframe as its final state untill the end of the animation.
