Does this issue occur only on Bedrock dedicated server or it can be reproduced on local worlds/Realms?

I haven't tried it on realms so I am not sure
I have experienced the same thing on a Realm as well as a local game on the Switch. When I login on my PC I don't have the issue on the Realm, but when I am logged in on the Switch my Horses are all blacked out. I have tried uninstalling the game on the Switch and reinstalling it. That did not solve the problem.
I also had an issue with the wondering trader the same day the horses glitch started.
