The problem has been there for a year and you haven't done anything. Every time I run the game on the console I get the same errors, or: ''you don't have enough space, or, the blocks are all green, or, the world is corrupt''. Also, beta texture pack, not loading in settings. You have to load it manually at each boot. Given that to succeed in opening a world it takes at least 20 attempts, I let you imagine the number of manipulations necessary... Add to that, the total contempt of your help desk which systematically responds with intermediary of a bot. Imagine for a minute the level of frustration among players! Will a human respond to my message?? (I want to clarify that I deleted and reinstalled the game each time, and my storage is 1 tera).

You might also try removing the beta texture pack, since beta items are generally less reliable than the release version.

Also if you're talking about the Texture Update Beta resource pack from the marketplace, that's outdated and the texture update already came to the game a long time ago, so I suggest you remove it.

The "Green World" issue may be completely different. However, only one issue is allowed per bug report, and there is really not enough information to even determine what "green world" means.
