When my TV broke down, they started using remote access from a smartphone. If the gamepad is connected to the Xbox, then the buttons on the gamepad do not respond (everything is fine with the gamepad, it is in working condition), but if you connect the gamepad to the phone, then everything works as if nothing happened, that is, it will return to normal.
