[MCPE-1610] No animated Water on iPad 4

So I just got my new ipad and I was really excited to play (since the graphics are a lot better ) but I notice ....... The ipad 4 does not have animated water!!
Plz fix this I would love animated water
And all the other iPads have it 😞

You can enable Fancy graphics on the Settings page
