[MCPE-161018] Can't create new world xbox s

I can't not create a new world. I got through my preferred settings, name the world, and set resource pack. As soon as I hit create it just erases all my chosen settings and starts over. It will not create the new world. Game is up to date. Has new interface. Bottom right corner though says v1.19.11

You are using an outdated version (1.19.11). We can only accept bug reports for the latest release version (currently 1.19.20) or preview. Please update to the latest release and try again.

But there are no updates available and it just updated before I tried to play. I don't understand why it says that. It has the 1.20 interface though. That's part of the bug! That's why I mentioned I it was update to date, had the new interface but still gave a different version pay attention!
