[MCPE-161146] Character Creator has missing textures/unable to be changed.

I had noticed while I was playing as a character I created using the Character Creator,It had become Steve with empty holes for the eyes.

I went to the Character creator to edit it and make a new one,but I was unable to change or add any items and I was unable to change the body (eg:skin tetxure or hair colors and the hair itself).

Some of the options were unable to load most of the time.

Considering how long the bug has not been updated, is this still an issue in 1.19.51?

yes. I haven't played Minecraft for a lenghty amount of time until today, and it still persists as an issue.

The avatar only does not show to me. I played with someone next to me and could see myself on their screen and i could see the changed avatar.
