[MCPE-161195] You can't put down blocks/knock out because it reverts to the previous version

There was a similar bug a year ago, which I also reported. And since the Minecraft files were transferred, the Android folder hasn't done it since. And since update 1.19.20 it is doing this bug again. If I place blocks at this time, it disappears, but if I knock out a block, it reappears.
