My son purchased the Ice Age DLC package by 4J Studios on the Minecraft Marketplace via his Switch. The package is about 210 MB.
When it reaches about 80 MB, the download stops abruptly, then appears to restart over and over without completing. Eventually the download button reappears as if nothing happened.
Sometimes the application crashes during this process with the message "The software was closed because an error occurred".Β
Occasionally there is an error message when initiating the download that says "We're having trouble connecting to the Marketplace right now. Please try again later!" even though a fading toast notification displays the message "Download Started".
There are no parental controls in place on my son's Microsoft account or Switch account.
Please see images attached showing the internet strength, showing my son's Microsoft account is properly logged in, and showing there is ample space available on the device.
Minecraft version: v1.19.20
Switch OS version: 14.1.2
Location: US, Central Time Zone

Justyna: With all due respect, this issue shouldn't be marked as "Invalid" for the reasons listed. This is not an issue with third party Marketplace content, this is an issue with the Mojang's Minecraft Marketplace software.
Specifically, the third-party content was never successfully fully downloaded, nor installed. This points to an issue with the Marketplace directly, not the content.
I have given one example for one piece of third party content that is experiencing this issue, I am certain there are other examples. Hopefully, the support team will reconsider and look into this further.
Also, tried checking for corrupted data on the application via the Switch OS and got the message that "No corrupted data was found".
