Minecraft Bedrock fails to update without reinstalling.

I have the combined Java and Bedrock launcher- java edition works fine, but for some reason Bedrock won't update at all without reinstalling it. Whenever I go to the microsoft store, it says minecraft is up to date, but then when I try to play on my realm, it tells me to update, but it just won't (i'll send a screenshot of this). It lets me into my realm just fine, but it means my friends can't access it after they update their game. This is the second time this has happened, it happened in both the update to 1.19.20, and the newest bug fix. Hopefully this is fixable, as right now I think I'll have to just reinstall my game again.
