[MCPE-161616] Capes do not show/render on your skin

I cannot see my cape on the menu screen character, or ingame on FireOS. I have checked multiple times that my cape is equipped, and it is.

Do you have any resource packs enabled? If so, does disabling them fix the issue?

I have no resource packs enabled

Considering how long the bug has not been updated, is this still an issue in 1.19.51?

I no longer play Minecraft on Kindle Fire (I recently purchased an iPad and I now use that instead) so I am unsure.

If so, do you still happen to encounter the issue on the new device?
