If you install the Vanilla Behavior Pack, or even go into the actual game files, then check the recipes folder, there are no recipes for the following:
Wooden Sword from original planks
Wooden Pickaxe from original planks
Wooden Axe from original planks
Wooden Shovel from original planks
Wooden Hoe from original planks
The "original planks" mentioned are the following:
Oak
Spruce
Birch
Jungle
Acacia
Dark Oak
I don't know why this is, but I wanted to remove the recipe by replacing it with another.
