When playing on Xbox live multiplayer, the in-game chat doesn't work correctly. When I join a world on xbox live or a friend joins one of my worlds, the char works for about 30 seconds and we can see each other's messages but then after that, if we type messages, my friend cannot see messages I type and I cannot see his. He is using Minecraft Windows 10 edition 0.15.2 and I am running MCPE 0.15.2 on an Lg G4 running Android 6.0
What I expected to happen was for the chat to work and me and my friend be able to recieve tge messages we send
What actually happens is that we can recieve messages for about 30 seconds but then we can't after that as neither client recieves messages sent from each other.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go on a world and broadcast to xbox live or invite a friend. One person should be running windows 10 edition and the other running mcpe
2. Start sending messages in the chat
3. Both clients will stop recieving messages from each other after about 30 seconds.
Both of us have restarted minecraft, and I have cleared app data, cleared cache etc. and nothing fixes the issue.
This signifies this may be a bug brought by the 0.15.2 update.

IF 2 OR MORE PEOPLE ARE PLAYING MCPE 0.16.0 BETA BUILD 1 the host/owner of the world can not see anything in chat also the guest (s)/friend (s) can see everything in chat please fix
