While playing MCPE Multiplayer, i accidentally pushed my friend's dog into water, which then caused the dog to teleport. The only thing was, that he wasn't in the same chunk that I was in. Therefore, the dog unfortunately tried to teleport to my friend but ended up disappearing. We could never find it after that.

I can confirm this issue. It's happened to me multiple times, especially on realms. But sometimes, the pet would make it to the owner unharmed. (unless you accidentally hit it while mining cause it warped in front of you) My device: Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1
