Can't connect to Education Edition hosting

Repro Steps

1. Open the Minecraft Education Edition server. (v1.18.32)

2. Start hosting

3. about 24 hours

4. The host forwards the "share link" to another user. ("share link" are valid)

5. Users try to connect to the hosting server by accessing the "share link"

Actual

• To the host, the server appears to be open normally, but other users cannot connect to the server

  • Does not proceed to the next step in "Loading resource pack"

Expected

• You must be able to connect to the hosting server at any time with a valid "share link", regardless of how long has elapsed since hosting
