Moon emits sunlight at night with Ray Tracing

After Preview 1.19.40.23, the moon and sky no longer behave properly during the night. Instead of emitting the intended colour and brightness of light, it is treated as if it is the equivalent time during the day, where the moon emits sunlight and the sky emits the same amount of light it would as if it were day time.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter any world with Ray Tracing on, using any PBR resource pack

  2. Wait for nightfall or set the time to night

Observed Results:

The nightime sky will emit the same amount of ambient light as if it were daytime. The moon will also behave like the sun, emitting the same colour and brightness of light as the sun does.

Expected Results:

The sky and moon should behave as they did previously at night, emitting the correct colour and brightness of light as determined by the game's lookup tables. This is how things functioned before Preview 1.19.40.23.
