Yesterday I was able to run all my custom mods and packs no problem, but now I can't even get them to show up! This is ridiculous! I use Expansion for Explorer on my Xbox One and it usually works no problem, but now even re-installing the mods they don't show up in-game.

Ok well, if that's how you feel, then I guess I'll uninstall the game. If it wasn't supported then WHY did it work near perfectly yesterday and not at all today?! I spent hours of my life on these packs, time I will NOT get back and you can't even be bothered to look into this?! How about other content creators hmm?! Y'know ones that make actual mods for the marketplace?! Oh that's right you only care if you can monetize them, this issue is far from invalid, in fact I'd argue this issue is major as Minecraft mod support is KEY to its survival as a game. Sure vanilla MC has done a fair job on its own, but without mods, the game would've died years ago.

If you can reproduce the issue in an unmodified environment, please recreate the issue.
