[MCPE-162899] Eating animation is not working properly on small devices.

Hello Mojang,

The eating animation is not working properly on some devices.(we do not eat the food by putting it into our mouth)

Tested on Samsung A5 2017, Samsung S8, iPad 9th Generation 2021, Lenovo M10, iPhone 7S, iPhone XR, iPhone 5S, iPhone 11 and iPhone SE 2016.

Seems like it doesn't work properly on small devices (especially iPhone 5S/SE 2016)

It has been around for a while. We wont notice it if we dont look closely.

How to reproduce:

Step 1: Open a world on a small device especially iPhone 5S/SE 2016

Step 2: Eat any food

Step 3: Watch the eating animation closely

Expectation: Eating normally by putting food into our mouth.

Reality: Eating without putting food into our mouth.
